🚚 Shipping Costs

• We currently ship within the UK and Ireland only
• Free shipping on orders over £85
• For orders under £85, a delivery fee of £5.99 applies

📅 When will my order be shipped?

• Orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri) will be shipped the same day
• Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next working day
• During peak times, delivery might take a little longer - but we'll do our best to get your order to you quickly!

📍 Important Delivery Info

• If your parcel is delivered to a collection point, please make sure to pick it up in time
• If the package is returned to our warehouse, we're unfortunately unable to cover the re-shipping costs - you'll need to pay for delivery again in this case

🎄 Holiday Update: To make festive gifting easier, any order placed from 1st December can be returned until 31st January. All usual return conditions apply.

✅ Easy 30-Day Returns: You have 30 days from the day of delivery to return your item.

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable
• Return postage costs are not covered by us.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage until your refund has been confirmed.
• Refunds are typically processed within 7 working days of receiving your return.
